Las Vegas, Nev. — Six Republican governors representing gun-friendly states addressed the Governors Forum at the 44th annual Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show). The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), a firearms industry trade association, hosts SHOT Show in Las Vegas every January.
Featured speakers included Governor Kristi Noem (R-SD), Governor Brian Kemp (R-GA), Governor Asa Hutchinson (R-AR), Governor Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Governor Mark Gordon (R-WY), and Governor Mike Dunleavy (R-AK). Three listed panelists — Governors Greg Gianforte (R-MT), Brad Little (R-ID), and Kevin Stitt (R-OK) – weren’t present to deliver remarks.
The forum was held on Wednesday and moderated by Larry Keane, NSSF general counsel and SVP of government and public affairs.
