I’m Presenting on Social Media Best Practices at 2018 National Service Dog Conference

I have some exciting news, everyone! I’ll be delivering remarks on social media best practices at the upcoming 2018 National Service Dog Conference put on by the Association of Service Dog Providers for Military Veterans (ASDPMV) here in Washington, D.C. The summit will take place from July 23-25, 2018.

Fun fact: I previously hosted a press conference on behalf of the hosting organization on Capitol Hill last summer. Also, I have worked with one of their member groups several times for their annual charity upland bird hunts.

This year, the conference will take place in Tysons Corner, VA. Here’s more on what to expect from this conference:

Join The Association of Service Dog Providers for Military Veterans at DoubleTree Tysons Corner for our 2018 Service Dog Conference for service dogs trainers and non-profits. This conference will provide an opportunity for professional development, dialogue with VA leadership and VSOs, best practices sharing, and development.

We are inviting Association members and non-members, professional dog trainers, and veteran service professionals looking for a better understanding of the veteran service dog industry and ASDPMV’s National Service Dog Standards which were established in November 2016.

Here’s more about ASDPMV:

Association of Service Dog Providers for Military Veterans is a coalition of non-profit service dog providers for military Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury and military sexual trauma working to prevent suicide and improve military Veterans’ mental health.

Follow the organization on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Check out their website at https://servicedogs4vets.org/.

Register here for the conference if you have a vested interest in the cause. I’ll announce soon what my lecture will cover. Hope to see you there!
